HOW DO I EARN POINTS?

You will earn 1 point for every £1 you spend on our website. Additionally, you will earn 2x points for every purchase after your first purchase. Shipping cost excluded.

 

CAN I USE MY POINTS TO MAKE PURCHASES?

Yes, 1 point is equivalent to £1 to spend on any item on our website.

 

DO I GET A DISCOUNT IF I REFER A FRIEND?

Yes, if you refer a friend and they make a purchase, your friend will receive a 10% discount. You will also earn points for the money they spend.

 

HOW CAN I REFER A FRIEND AND RECEIVE A DISCOUNT?

After your first purchase, you will receive a referral code that you can share with your friends. When they make a purchase using your referral code, they will receive a 10% discount and you will both earn points based on the money they spend.

 

HOW CAN I VIEW MY POINTS?

To view your points, you will need to create an account on our website when you make your first purchase. Once you have created an account, you will be able to view and track your points from your account dashboard.

 

I MADE A PURCHASE AS A GUEST AND DIDN’T CREATE AN ACCOUNT. HOW CAN I VIEW MY POINTS?

If you made a purchase as a guest and did not create an account, you will not be able to view your points online. However, you can contact us and we will be happy to assist you in checking your points balance. Please have your order number or other identifying information ready when you contact us so we can quickly locate your purchase and points earned.

 

HOW DO I APPLY MY POINTS TO MY CURRENT ORDER AT CHECKOUT?

To apply your points to your current order at checkout, you must be logged in to your account. Once you are logged in, you will see an option to apply your available points to your order total. Simply select this option and your points will be automatically applied to your current purchase.

 

HOW DO I PROCEED THROUGH THE CHECK OUT PROCESS?

WHY HAS MY PAYMENT BEEN REFUSED?

After the authorization, a transaction can still fail. If the transaction fails after authorisation the funds will still be reserved on your bank account. Although they have not been debited, they may appear to have been collected. Please note that after authorisation the reserve can last up to 30 working days before it is lifted. This may change depending on banks and credit providers

The reasons for such failure may simply be:

  • The card limit has been reached
  • The card information entered is wrong
  • The card reached the maximum number of charges allowed in a period
  • The billing address does not match with the cardholder details
  • The card does not allow international transactions
  • The card does not allow online transactions

Depending on the country in which you are located you might have to call your bank to authorize your credit card for online, cross-border or overseas transactions.

In other cases the reasons are less obvious and may relate to the ever increasing fraud prevention and other security measures implemented by credit card companies to protect the cardholder against card abuse.

HOW ARE THE REFUNDS PROCESSED?

Once the return has been received at our warehouse and accepted by the Quality and Control team, the refund will be processed via the original payment method. The refund includes the full price for the Product(s) but not the delivery charges.
